About

Dr. Nancy Fisher offers comprehensive gynecologic services including menopause counseling, contraceptive management, infertility evaluations, pelvic pain evaluation and treatment, management and treatment of abnormal Paps including colposcopy and LEEP, and annual exams with preventive health/cancer screening for women of all ages. Dr. Fisher performs out patient gynecologic procedures only. She performs these services at Fletcher Allen Health Care.

Dr. Fisher also offers the latest technology for laser hair and vein removal and laser skin rejuvenation. Dr. Fisher’s unique approach to GYN care means that a woman can have her physical well-being and her self-image seamlessly intertwined and overseen by one qualified physician. Knowing that only Dr. Fisher will see her patients on every visit provides the continuity of care women need and deserve.

Lisa Kelley, APRN, ANP is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 29 years experience in women’s health care.

Lisa provides comprehensive care to women of all ages, including young women transitioning from pediatric to adult health services. Lisa has extensive experience with women of childbearing age as she was previously a nurse midwife.

She offers lactation counseling by phone or home visits. Lisa also specializes in postpartum depression counseling and support.



Che Schreiner, C.H.H.C, is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and is a certified holistic nutrition and lifestyle counselor.

Che has been helping women for over fifteen years achieve health and wellness through individualized consultations focusing on nutrition, weight loss, life transitions, anti-aging, and stress reduction.

Her commitment to nutrition has prompted her to study lifestyle choices in Japan, the Himalayas, and Europe to better understand why some cultures have less breast cancer, less osteoporosis, and live long, health vital lives. Che brings this knowledge and experience home with enthusiasm to share with her clients.


Sarah Kaplan
Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist

A native of Wisconsin, Ms. Kaplan is a nationally board certified acupuncturist and herbalist. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Recreation Management from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and subsequently moved to Boulder, CO to pursue her studies of eastern medicine and philosophy. She graduated with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from Southwest Acupuncture College in Boulder, CO, one of the highest accredited Chinese Medicine colleges in the U.S. In addition to that 3000 hour program, she completed post graduate training in Facial Rejuvenation and Mei Zen cosmetic acupuncture, two systems designed to decrease the aging process and help you to look and feel younger again. She further completed training in Allergy Elimination techniques that can help individuals overcome just about any allergy in just a few sessions. Lastly, she completed advanced training in Acutonics, a sound vibration healing system utilizing varied frequencies of tuning forks on commonly used acupuncture points.

Sarah has a strong interest in women's health. You will often hear patients comment about her gentle way and how inspiring she is through her simple, yet practical approach to wellness. Her desire to make you as healthy as possible is evident in her tireless efforts to provide you with the best possible care. She goes well out of her way to research your case to make sure both you and she know the most information to provide the best possible result.



Dawn Decker
Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher

A true flatlander from Illinois, Dawn began her higher education at Eastern Illinois University. After an undergraduate degree and master’s study in music, Dawn went to NYC to perform where for 8 years she successfully modeled, and did TV, commercials and theater.

Before leaving Manhattan, 26 years ago, Dawn began her bodywork education at the Swedish Institute and has continued to train with various masters studying diverse modalities in therapeutic massage, healing techniques, energy and yoga.

Dawn Decker Bodywork has been Dawn’s massage practice and yoga business in Vermont since 1986.

"Yoga in the Woods" was Dawn’s studio in the Middlebury, Vermont area where she taught daily classes and weekend workshops for 10 years. She currently teaches one on one Yoga Therapy and Laughter Yoga in her Richmond office as well as private yoga and corporate stress reduction seminars around the state.

Dawn enjoys creating a holistic, individual approach for each patient and student. She finds it important to encourage the healing process with teaching strengthening exercises, stretches, breath work, relaxation techniques and addressing life style possibilities.
